At Dura-Coating, we stand by the quality of our fashion collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed within 5-7 business days.
